The wellness, fitness and recovery franchise celebrates its 11th opening of 2026 as more than 50 additional locations remain in development.

I’ve always wanted to find ways to offer my patients something more to support their health, recovery and overall well-being.”
— Heather Brummett
GLENDALE, AZ, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Red Light Method, the wellness, fitness and recovery franchise founded by Club Pilates creator Allison Beardsley, announced the opening of its 21st studio in Glendale, Arizona. The opening marks the company’s 11th studio launch of 2026 and introduces live Pilates reformer classes for the first time within the Red Light Method system.

The Glendale studio combines instructor-led Pilates reformer classes with the brand’s signature medical-grade red light therapy and Power Plate vibration-based workouts. The concept also offers complementary recovery and wellness modalities, which may vary by location, including pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT) and infrared sauna.

“Our mission from the beginning has been to make powerful wellness and recovery modalities accessible to everyday people,” said Allison Beardsley, founder of Red Light Method. “Services like these can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars when purchased individually. We created Red Light Method so members can incorporate them into their lives consistently through an affordable monthly membership.”

A New Chapter: Live Pilates Meets Recovery

The Red Light Method experience centers on a 25-minute red light therapy session using Contour Light technology, which the company describes as FDA-cleared for specific uses including pain relief and circumference reduction. The membership-based model brings together fitness and recovery services in one convenient destination, with access and offerings dependent on the studio.

“We believe true wellness begins at the cellular level,” Beardsley said. “You can exercise, eat well and stay active, but recovery and cellular health are important pieces of the overall wellness equation. Red light therapy changed the way I personally thought about health and recovery, and it ultimately became the foundation of Red Light Method.”
Beardsley said the addition of live Pilates builds on her experience founding Club Pilates and represents the next evolution of the Red Light Method member experience.

Local Owners Bring Healthcare Experience to Glendale

The Glendale studio is owned by husband-and-wife team Heather and Jason Brummett. Heather is a physical therapist with 25 years of experience, and Jason is a pharmacist. The couple said their professional backgrounds and shared interest in wellness helped inspire their decision to join the franchise.

“Exactly one year ago, I tried Red Light Method for the first time, and I absolutely fell in love with it,” said Heather Brummett. “As a physical therapist with 25 years of experience, I’ve always wanted to find ways to offer my patients something more to support their health, recovery and overall well-being. My husband Jason is a pharmacist, so we both have a strong appreciation for science. Being able to bring something like this to our community felt like the perfect fit for both of us. After meeting the Red Light Method team, I knew our vision, values, and goals were aligned. We’re so excited to bring Red Light Method to our Arizona community and be a part of the Red Light Method family.”

21 Studios Open, More Than 50 in Development

With its 21st studio now open and more than 50 locations in development nationwide, Red Light Method continues to expand while investing in franchisee training and support. The company assists owners with site selection, lease negotiation, construction, sales training, local marketing, membership presales, Pilates certification, studio openings and ongoing operations.

“Opening our 21st studio is an exciting milestone, but our goal isn’t simply to open locations — it’s to help build successful businesses that serve a community,” said Eric Tepper, CEO of Red Light Method. “Every franchisee is making a significant investment in our brand, and we take that responsibility seriously.”

“Having live Pilates reformer classes adds to the member experience while creating another opportunity for franchisees,” Tepper added. “The response to our modalities combined with live Pilates reformer classes in Glendale has been fantastic.”

The franchise reports an estimated startup investment generally ranging from $350,000 to $450,000, along with vendor relationships, internal education and certification resources, and sales, marketing and operational support. Prospective franchisees should consult the company’s current Franchise Disclosure Document for complete investment information.
